Sunshine Group is looking for a superstar Copywriter to join our marketing team!

Our Copywriter role includes both writing and editorial responsibilities. Strong skills in these two fields, clear understanding of effective marketing strategies, and laser-sharp attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Edit/review/rewrite various types of content created by the team (ads, emails, website texts, articles, etc.) to ensure top-notch quality and grammatical correctness
- Complement texts with engaging, sales-focused copy and strong calls-to-action to maximize their sales impact
- Write blog articles on the given topics from scratch
- Write compelling ad copy and emails from scratch
- Manage all texts to completion, including proofreading and serving as the final pair of eyes on all copy
- Implement SEO techniques to optimize content
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not obligatory
- Collaborate with the marketing team to write content aligned to the brand’s motives
- Participating in team meetings along with taking part in any kind of training provided by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, writing, marketing or related fields is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of writing and editing experience in marketing environment
- Marketing savvy. Understanding the strategy and the end goal
- Complete mastery of grammar, spelling, and usage with 100% attention to detail
- Comfort with technology, social media, and digital tools for content marketing
- Ability to work quickly and within deadlines – independently and collaboratively
- Readiness to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite at Sunshine Group office in Irvine, California
