As an E-commerce Business Adviser at Sunshine Group, you become our face to the customer and a true expert in e-commerce solutions offered by the company. You move the brand forward by delivering an unmatched customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients and partners (no face-to-face interactions with clients, all online)
- Guide customers on the options and opportunities of running a successful online business
- Closing the deals

Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented
- Competitive
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
- Experience in sales, but more importantly, readiness to learn and implement the knowledge into action
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Readiness to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite at Sunshine Group office in Saint-Petersburg, Russia
